Jennifer Maddrell, PhD is the founder of Next Path Design and host of the AI for Educators: Design Lab podcast. She holds a PhD in Instructional Design and Technology and has more than 20 years of experience as a learning experience designer, instructor, and researcher. Her work focuses on technology-mediated learning and human-centered design. Drawing on her extensive background, Jennifer applies practical strategies that help educators address real challenges in integrating AI. Rather than taking a pro-AI or anti-AI position, she approaches AI integration as a design challenge, helping educators and institutions work through the considerations that shape teaching and learning in the age of artificial intelligence.
